Trivia: While filming this movie, Michael Sheen was asked by Ron Howard if he could record a quick moment of dialog for Frost/Nixon (2008). Sheen, covered in fake blood from the days filming, went to his trailer and recorded the dialog, he asked someone to take a picture of him doing it and sent it to Ron Howard, who had it framed and displayed.

Goofs: Continuity: Several of the slaves that were bitten by one of Viktor’s Lycans take part in the assault on the castle, although they were bitten at least 3 days before they do not change in the light of the full moon. In the original Underworld film it was stated the only the older Lycans could change at will and resist the influence of the moon.
